What are the camera size Max and mins for the proview s3 and are the plans for a GoPro 4 adapter?
Thank you in advance for addressing my concerns.
I received my PVS3 2 weeks ago and have not been able to get it to work nor have I been able to get anyone from support to help me out. I have now tried using the device with 4 different phones, and feel like I could write your directions now, but have not bee able to get the gimbal to work correctly with any of them. I have tried a ZTE Max Pro 2, LG G4, LG Stylus 2+ and a Google Pixel and the gimbal at some point throws the phone around wildly, makes grinding noises when the camera and handle are at 90 degrees.
I have requested support from this site, customer support from the Navin web site and neither have even replied with a "hey, thanks for backing our project." At this point I have spent over 8 hours just trying to get this crazy thing to work but am ready to send it back and let you guys figure out the issues since no one is willing nor wants to try and solve any of the problems I am having.
Beautiful product so far but I am not able to get it to work with my ZTE Pro Max which is 6” (yes ladies, I truly measured it and its 6.5 x 3.3 x 0.35 inches (165.1 x 83.8 x 8.9 mm) and a mere 190gms with the xtra weight the S3 will not stabilize...Is it really too big? Do I need to step down to something a little smaller? Also, just a personal thought... when I handle the S3 with my cellphone in it, I want the security of a wristband strap that can maybe screw into the hàndle, make it adjustable, comfortable ( silicone or neoprene pad) and include it with all purchases.
