Now I have tried a second iPhone 6S with the balance weight then turn on the gimbal & launch the app to connect. Then I go to pairing & choose 143 grams the gimbal vibrates slightly but fails to pair. Please send me a NEW ProView unit or refund my money. I have balanced the iPhone 7 Plus with the balance weight then turn on the gimble & launch the app to connect. Then I go to pairing & choose 188 grams the gimble vibrates slightly but fails to pair. You mention to select "auto-tuning" where is this option. Please help come up with a working solution or send me a working unit or refund my money. Thanks KK

Not pairing with iPhone 7 plus, I have followed the quick start video time over time please help resolve. I have selected 188g for the weight & several different weights.
