The app crashes

Hi.

I'm having problems with the app because it crashes continuously and I can not synch the device.
The video has been recorded from the smartphone but the you can see the FC of the app when I touch the device to sync and when I do not nothing.
The Bluetooth is active and I previously paired the device from Bluetooth options.

Can you help me?

There seems Bluetooth connectioin problem. Please see if below steps would help:

1. Turn off Phone Bluetooth, kill ProView S3 App process from memory, turn off gimbal,
2. Turn on phone’s Bluetooth
3. Turn on gimbal
4. Press Scan to refresh Bluetooth devices list (skip this in iOS)
5. If you see ProView S3 is in Bluetooth list, press it so that the phone gets paired with gimbal
6. Launch ProView S3 app, then you should be able connect with gimbal

If then able to connect stably, make sure you go over the setup procedures: http://www.servicenavin.com/proviews3_f … c.php?id=4

The required 4 setup procedures only need to be done once and the App is not needed later on when shooting video. So if you still have problem with Oneplus 3, before resolving this issue another thing you could try is using another phone to run ProView S3 App for configuring the gimbal if you have a spare phone, but pairing phone auto-tune use Oneplus 3 balanced & mounted on gimbal, using 158 gram entered as Oneplus' phone weight for tuning; assume using bare Oneplus phone first.
