Hi. I am using a Galaxy S7 Edge. Whenever I use the Bluetooth recording function via the Proview S3 button, my video recording has errors after recording. But if I record via the camera onscreen recording button, no recording error whatsoever. I believed your Bluetooth software has issues.

If enabled, the push button on ProView S3 works like volume up/down keys on your phone. You configure your recording app so that the volume up/down keys act as recording control, and then you can use ProView S3's push button as recording start/stop control.
You mentioned "video recording has errors after recording"; please provide more details.

Hi. Thanks for the quick reply. I did what as instructed. Including configuring the volume keys to recording mode. I can take videos using the Proview S3 button. I have no issues with this. But after ending the recording, my videos have errors as in the files are either corrupted or during playback, the videos clips are "scratched" and blank. But when I used my default on screen camera app rec button to record, I have no issues with the video files.
