ProView gets stuck in a middle position

When I got the gimbal I did everything as requested in the ProView S3 usage notice.
But when I try to move the gimbal from up to down (roll mode) it got stuck in the middle position and the buttons are not functioning anymore. The other way round (movement from down to up) is functioning normally.

A similar problem arises, when I switch on the gimbal: The gimbal starts calibration, gets stuck and begins to vibrate - button control is also disabled.

Thank you for your help in advance.

With regards,
Dominic

Re: ProView gets stuck in a middle position

Hi Dominic,

What is your phone model?

Have you updated firmware, done sensor calibration, balanced phone and did phone pairing auto-tuning; finished all these 4 procedures before doing your above test and have those issues?

If yes, would it be possible for you to provide a video of your doing phone pairing auto-tuning until conducting above test seeing those problem? Would be good if can record starting before powering on gimbal to do auto-tuning. Being able to see the auto-tuning process and later behavior could better help us determine causes. Thank you.

Re: ProView gets stuck in a middle position

My problem is now solved - it has been a mechanical problem. The gimbal got stuck with a mount, which was fastened too near. I have bent back the mount a little bit and now it is working.

My second problem got solved, too: The weight setting for the iPhone was incorrect.
Now the gimbal works without problems and I'm really enthusiastic about the fine quality.
Yesterday I used a spirit level app on my iPhone to check the calibration and it measured a deviation of 0 (or 0.1). I'm really impressed!
Thank you for your support!
Another question: Do you sell additional batteries for the gimbal?
