Just taken possession of the gimbal and it looks and feels very good.
However. After updating the software and calibrating the gimbal I find that it judders when I tip the gimbal forward or backward. It's fine side to side but it doesn't want to rotate back and forward.
Anyone else have this problem?

Please make sure you did all 4 required steps mentioned in : http://www.servicenavin.com/proviews3_f … c.php?id=4
If still problem, please make a video, from before turning on gimbal, to problem occurring, upload to your Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube,...etc and provide a video link for us, to better understand the problem you see. Thanks.

I just updated also, judders when the handle is near 3:00 position. I suspect that heavy phone is the cause. 179g with counter balance. (Moto X Pure). Other than that I believe all other functions are working flawlessly.

Hi Jasonhc73, Not exactly sure what you mean. A video showing the gimbal behavior would better clarify. Thanks.

I have the exact same issue. I've done all the updates.

The phone works fine when in vertical position and moving left or right . But as soon as you tilt the gimbel forward it starts to stutter .
I have a Nexus 6 with no case. I am using the extra balance weight.

Hi Diveguy,
Please checkout this usage guideline: http://www.servicenavin.com/proviews3_f … c.php?id=4 Make sure all the 4 required steps are done. Note that the gimbal is designed to use mainly for holding in 3 positions as described in the 3rd paragraph. Thanks.

Hi Martyncoates, Please first remove the rubber used for portrait shooting mode, put it aside for now, and follow our latest Quick Start Tutorial for iPhone doing each of the procedure steps, see if it helps to solve your issue: https://vimeo.com/187616355

There is still a slight judder at the extremities of movement, but that is miles better.

Hi everjung,
Just tested iPhone SE using 118g weight selection, didn't seem to have problem if no extreme movements, assuming the required 4 steps described in the Usage Notice has been performed. iPhone SE with a case would also increase weight to 118g or above.
We'll add 113g for iPhone SE to the weight selection these two days. Thanks.

Hi everjung,
iPhone App added 113 gram for iPhone SE. Need to update gimbal firmware to work in conjunction with the App for 113 gram auto-tuning.
