i have a problem with galaxy s7

hello, i just got proview s3 yesterday
and i try to setting with galaxy s7.

but i cant pairing the phone with proview s3

Unsuccessful pairing
the factory defaults are applied. please double check the phone weight and balance status and then retry

i tried to without balance weight added, pushing all the way toward the tilt motor.
i checked 153g , without

what can i do ??

Please remove the rubber used for portrait shooting mode and see if it fix the issue.
