Initial 4 configuration steps not completing

I get through the first 3 of the steps - load the 7s and balance it to horizontal and commence step 4 all I get is a slight vibration around the longitudinal access of the iPhone and none of the 'calibration' moves shown in the video. The device never completes the 4th cycle. I eventually must kill the app and power down the Proview 3. Have tried this from new firmware 3 times now without success.

Please remove the rubber cap and see if this fix the problem.

That worked perfectly- however the small rubber block on the portrait lock is severed I see - it was hanging on by a thread so to speak. May I buy another please?
