You are operating it outside of its working range.
The handheld smartphone gimbal is intended to be used holding in upright, upside-down, or flash-light horizontal position; it’ll maintain steady camera shooting angle if rotated within a range of angle walking or running. Yet it’s not designed to work without any restriction as some might have thought, falsely reporting hardware problem when actually it's being operated outside its intended range. Hi kang kyungjung,
No need to try those strange maneuvers that no ones uses in real video shooting situations. The maneuver you try to do, $299 DJI Osmo won't hold, neither does ProView S3.
If could do (4:42 ~ 5:15) mentioned in FAQ #1, then you'll be able to shoot great looking videos: http://www.servicenavin.com/proviews3_f … .php?id=37 .
