Camera keeps leaning to the left

i must say that setting the Preview was far from being simple...

after following the instructions and the mute video, i finally managed to reach a somewhat controllable level.

i am facing a problem, where the camera keeps leaning to the left, when i am filming.

i did balance it, and i did use the horizontal setting as well.

i am using an iPhone 6s

can anyone help?
