What shooting mode to use for low to high shots

I saw your demo video about shooting a continuous low to high shot.  Very nice.  https://vimeo.com/194641614

My question is what shooting mode should I use to do this type of shot?  Full follow? or Follow pan? or Follow Tilt?

Follow pan, then use joystick to tilt up at the ending parts.
